Meet Our Founder Subaida K.B
Subaida K. B is an accomplished educator with 28 years of experience in teaching and educational leadership. As the Founder and Director of Beaka Education, she is dedicated to empowering teachers, parents, and students through high-quality education and training. Her expertise in early childhood education has shaped numerous institutions and educators, making her a respected figure in the field.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Calicut and is a certified pre-primary teacher. Additionally, she has received professional training as an Early Childhood Educator from IAME and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Montessori Education, equipping her with a deep understanding of child development and innovative teaching methodologies.
Throughout her career, she has held several leadership positions in reputed institutions. She served as the Principal of the ECCE Department at Ideal School Koduvally and later led the Primary and Upper Primary section at Hira School Mukkam (now Hira Residential School). Her journey also includes significant roles at Al Irshad Thechyad, Guidance Kids Garden Engappuzha, and Crescent Public School Panamaram, where she contributed to the growth of early childhood education. In addition to her leadership roles, she has worked extensively as a teacher trainer at IAME Calicut and as a visiting faculty member at CEED International, further broadening her impact in the education sector.
With nearly three decades of experience, Subaida K. B is widely recognised for her exceptional teaching skills, effective communication, and ability to inspire and motivate both educators and parents. She is an expert in conducting practical training sessions and has a natural ability to counsel and guide teachers and parents in fostering a nurturing learning environment. Her commitment to quality education and holistic child development continues to drive her mission at Beaka Education, where she strives to create a meaningful impact in the field of early childhood learning and teacher training.
