Subaida K.B is an experienced educator with over 28 years in teaching and educational leadership. As the Founder and Director of Beaka Education, she is committed to empowering teachers, parents, and students through quality training and early childhood education.
She holds a BA from the University of Calicut, is a certified pre-primary teacher, and has specialized training in Early Childhood Education and Montessori Education.
She has served in key leadership roles, including Principal of the ECCE Department at Ideal School Koduvally and head of Primary and Upper Primary sections at Hira School Mukkam. She has also contributed as a teacher trainer and visiting faculty.
Known for her strong communication and mentoring skills, she is passionate about guiding educators and promoting holistic child development.
